Kelmerica Industries is a US-based design and 3D printing shop for people who need a real part, not a generic download.
We combine practical CAD design with additive manufacturing to solve the small, specific problems that deserve a thoughtful fix: a replacement part that is no longer sold, a prototype that needs another iteration, or a short run that does not justify a full machine shop.
Every project is handled with a focus on fit, function, and repeatability — from the first measurements to the final file or finished print.

From brief to part
No mystery pipeline. You send the problem; we return a file, a print, or both.

Photos, a sketch, a STEP file, or the broken piece. Include sizes that matter and what the part has to survive.
We model it
Clean CAD with print-aware geometry: walls that hold, joints that fit, and details that will actually come off the bed.
We print it
Material and orientation chosen for strength, heat, flex, or finish. You get a part, not a pile of stringing.
You put it to work
Iterate if needed. Keep the files for the next run. Repeat the same job later without starting over.
